Alan Schaefer

Alan Schaefer is an accomplished speaker, songwriter, recording artist, consultant, entrepreneur and founder of Banding People Together; a super group of behaviorists, collaborative strategists and rock stars. He developed the True Collaboration℠ methodology and framework to teach the tactical and behavioral “how” of the collaborative process. In addition to successfully building and selling an online media company, Alan has rocked U.S. servicemen and women in 15 countries (including Iraq) as the front man of the band Five Star Iris. Some of his honors include performing at the Pentagon, winning the United Kingdom Songwriting Competition and performing the National Anthem on national television. Alan earned a B.S. in Communications from Florida International University and has worked with organizations across many industries such as NASA, ESPN, Hilton, Cisco, Microsoft, Amex Global Business Travel, Colliers and Sony Pictures.
