Q: Where can I access my MPI member transcripts and certificates?
A: Log in, and then click on My Account. Then, click on "My Transcripts." That will show you a record of all the courses you have taken through this LMS portal. To view all the credit hours you've gained as a member of MPI, visit your profile on the site. Don't forget: It's up to you to submit your clock hours to the Convention Industry Council if you're applying for the CMP exam.
Q: Can the contact hours I earn here be used for NNCC for re-certification?
A: As MPI is an accredited provider of ANCC contact hours, the contact hours for these activities will be accepted by NNCC for RN's seeking re-certification. For those Nephrology Technicians, contact hours will be accepted by NNCC if the content is appropriate for the definition of a certified technologists role. For information about how to determine that, please contact NNCC.

Q: State board?
A: You are responsible for knowing your state board’s requirements.
Q: How do I redeem an Access Code?
A: To redeem an Access Code, click here. Then, type the Access Code into the field. Depending on the code, you may be redirected to the content that you've just unlocked, or you may be directed to the My Account area. Coupon Codes can be used in the check out process.
