The ability to pay attention and remain focused despite the bombardment of information from all directions presents a serious challenge. The skillful deployment of attention thus offers a vital competitive advantage for leaders so that they can filter out the information that is not helpful and focus on the information that is relevant and useful. This introductory webinar will help individuals see the importance of being more intentional when it comes to the skillful deployment of attention. Meeting professionals will learn to become more aware of their underlying thought processes and emotions which hold them back from connecting with others. By expanding the capacity to be aware of these unconscious, habitual routines and behaviors, meeting professionals will move toward more mindful and intentional behaviors to create more authentic and higher-quality relationships with others both inside and outside the workplace.
