Brought to you by MPI’s Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board, this debut of the #RealTalk ongoing series is led by industry leaders doing the work for MPI and their own companies, amplifying their individual and collective voices to bring forward social and economic change. The conversation will feature authentic discussions and best practices relative to DEI structure, strategy, and succession planning, as well as evaluate measurement and success metrics.
