With more than 30 years of hospitality experience, Gail has an in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and a flair for crafting inviting and memorable experiences for guests. Her projects incorporate the art and science of shaping the customer experience through Experiential Design practices with Sensory Design as her passion. She has been recognized for her award-winning interiors of luxury hotels and resorts, casinos, high-end restaurants, and active aging environments. Her client roster includes Hyatt, Hilton, Omni, Landry’s, InterContinental Hotels Group, Kimpton, Four Seasons and Wanda Hotels and Resorts. Gail currently co-leads the firm’s Hospitality practice area, and she is an active member of American Society of Interior Designers and ACE Mentor Program. She has served as Executive Vice President and Membership Chairperson of the Houston chapter of Network of Executive Women in Hospitality.
