Luisa Bianco

I graduated from High School in classical studies, which I am still extremely passionate. After my graduation I decided to stay in my hometown to earn my Master Degree with honors in Modern and Contemporary Foreign Languages and Literatures at “La Sapienza” University of Rome.

At a very young age I had my first work experiences in the Conference Room Division at the Rome based UN Agencies of F.A.O. and I.F.A.D. I immediately fell in love with the world of events and congresses that perfectly embraced my passion for travelling, discovering new cultures and meeting new people.

I came aboard with AIM Group International many years ago, starting from being responsible for the Editorial Office of the Congress Department, moving into the Marketing&Sales Division as Sales Coordinator making my way up to Bid Office Manager.

I obtained the certification of MEM-Meeting and Event Manager (standard UNI 11786: 2020) in October 2020, and for some years I have been carrying out training seminars for Master’s students at the European University in Rome and for Be Academy.

In 2017 I joined MPI, being a proud Member of this Community since my first steps within it, I managed to broaden my contribution firstly by supporting the VP Membership, then helping with the organization of the MPI Italia Convention in Rome in 2019 and one year later by being honoured to be elected as VP Education for our Chapter. As a longlife learner, I strongly believe that being part of this inspiring Community that provides education, networking and brain-storming of best practices, both at national and international level, helps us to better perform our daily professional activities in all times.

After so many years my job is still a source of personal satisfaction, but it is still demanding. One of the things I value the most is balancing my career and my personal interests with my private live as a happy mother of two sons and wife of a patient husband, while still finding time both for my dearest friends and myself.
