Ms. Hawkins serves as a Human Resources leader with Meeting Professionals International where she is responsible for development of a human capital plan that includes workforce planning, talent management, results-oriented performance culture and leadership and knowledge management. Prior to joining Meeting Professionals International in 2008, Diane served as a Human Resources Consultant for Corporate Talent Resources and prior to Corporate Talent Resources served as Senior Director Human Resources of LSG Sky Chefs, Inc. where she lead the human resource activities for the Americas’ Region with more than 6,000 employees and a $1B in revenue. Ms. Hawkins has had a wide range of leadership assignments utilizing her knowledge of strategic management; workforce planning and employment; human resource development; total rewards; employee and labor relations; and risk management in a variety of industries including food service and production, hotels, manufacturing and a financial outsourcing organization. Ms. Hawkins is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and was an adjunct instructor for the University of Dallas where she facilitated the SHRM Learning System. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Northwood University.
