Miss America Organization

Josh Randle is the Chief Operating Officer of the Miss America Organization – the nation’s largest provider of scholarship assistance to young women – awarding millions annually in cash awards and in-kind tuition waivers. In addition to overseeing the national operations, including licensees in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, Josh also serves as Producer of the annual Miss America Competition live telecast on ABC, which is the fourth longest-running live event in television history. He also serves as Executive Producer of the annual Miss America "Show Us Your Shoes" Parade, which draws over 80,000 spectators to the Atlantic City Boardwalk. Josh is a Founding Trustee and Secretary of the Board of The Miss America Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit scholarship foundation established in 2012. Prior to Miss America, Josh served as the inaugural National Executive Director of The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation – one of the British Royal Family's principal charities – founded by and named for Her Majesty The Queen's husband, His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Josh is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College at the University of Mississippi, where he was one of only 10 students inducted into the university’s prestigious Hall of Fame. A native Mississippian, Josh travels frequently, splitting his time between Atlantic City and Washington, DC.
