Q: I can't remember my Username or Password to login.
A: Click Login, and then click Forgot Your Password. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address, and then you’ll receive an email with information on how to reset your password. If you do not receive this email, contact MPI Member Services by using the form on this page, emailing feedback (at) mpiweb.org or calling 866-318-2743.
Q: What does my MPI membership provide access to me to in the library?
A: As an essential or preferred MPI member, you have access to:
  • Free monthly webinars
  • Free on-demand content
  • Discounts off regular conference, virtual pass and certificate course registration rates.
  • Free content from MPI Annual Conferences that are at least 3 years old
  • Access to whitepapers, research, speaker portals, and more.

Premiere members also have free access to content from recent WEC and EMEC conferences.

Q: Where can I access my MPI member transcripts and certificates?
A: Log in, and then click on My Account. Then, click on "My Transcripts." That will show you a record of all the courses you have taken through this LMS portal. To view all the credit hours you've gained as a member of MPI, visit your profile on the mpiweb.org site. Don't forget: It's up to you to submit your clock hours to the Convention Industry Council if you're applying for the CMP exam.

Q: Can the contact hours I earn here be used to earn or renew my CMP or CAE?
A: As MPI is an accredited provider of CMP and CAE clock hours. When you complete a lesson, a certificate of attendance should be generated and those hours will added to your MPI member transcript (see the above question on how to find yours). You are responsible for self-reporting those hours directly to theEvents Industry Council for CMP clock hour credit or ASAE for the CAE clock hour credit.

Q: How do I redeem an Access Code?
A: To redeem an Access Code, click here. Then, type the Access Code into the field. Depending on the code, you may be redirected to the content that you've just unlocked, or you may be directed to the My Account area. Coupon Codes can be used in the check out process.
